Heath End Road, Nuneaton

This project on Heath End Road in the Midlands was a straightforward residential tenancy upgrade. The property was purchased in 2018 in reasonable condition. However, it needed modernising, and work was required to ensure it met updated regulations and standards.

 

The end result looked fantastic and was let quickly for £785 PCM. The return on investment for this project is 7.85%.

Croft Road, Nuneaton

​

This house on Croft Road in Nuneaton was purchased in 2019 and needed light renovation work, such as new carpets and new flooring throughout.

 

This property was let for £785 PCM, making the gross yield 8.2%. The property has increase in value by 58.2% since first purchased.

Jodrell Street, Nuneaton

This property required a full end-of-tenancy rehab including new carpets and flooring, as well as a paint freshen-up. The gross ROI yield is 7.4%, and the property has increased in value by 33.6% since it was originally purchased in 2019.

Garway, Woolton

 

This house needed a complete refurbishment, including a new kitchen, bathroom, doors and plastering. The garden was also cleared and landscaped professionally. The rent for this property is currently under review as per inflation, but the current yield for this has been 7.6%.

Sherwood Row, Liverpool

 

This project was a simple and easy turnaround with new tenants moving in within a matter of weeks. The rent has been yielding 8.3% since its purchase in 2021, and the rent is again under review.

Eden Hall Drive, Liverpool

 

This project on Eden Hall Drive in Liverpool was an intensive complete refurbishment, including a new kitchen, bathroom, flooring and landscape gardening. The property was finished in July 2023 and is joining the property market as soon as possible, ready to gain tenants.
